1. Agreement
By installing or using Nirbhedya (the "app"), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What the app is
Nirbhedya is a privacy vault for Android. It stores your contacts, notes, attachments and photos in encrypted form on your phone, and offers tools such as App Locker and camera and microphone alerts. The app is published by Laxmi Sridevi Mishra, an individual developer in India. Nirbhedya is not an emergency, counselling, medical or legal service. Joining the early-access list does not promise a launch date or any feature.

3. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to use the app or join the early-access list.

4. Your vault is your responsibility
You choose your PIN and you keep your 12 recovery words and any backup file. We cannot reset your PIN, recover your words, or open your vault. If you lose them, your data may be lost for good.

5. How you may use the app
- Use it only for lawful purposes. Do not store material that is illegal, including any sexual material involving children.
- Do not try to break, copy or reverse-engineer the app or our servers, except where the law allows it.
- Do not overload or misuse our servers or the Premium service.

6. Free and Premium
The app is free to use. Premium is an optional paid plan, bought through Google Play. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds follow Google Play's rules, and you can cancel in Google Play. The price is shown before you buy. Premium is not on sale yet.

7. Copies outside the vault
Files you save to your phone or open in another app are outside the vault. You are responsible for them.

8. No guarantee of perfect security
We work to keep the app secure, but no software is free of bugs or immune to every attack. The post-quantum protection in Premium is built to resist a future risk and is not a guarantee. The app is provided "as is".

9. Limit of our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost data, indirect loss, or loss caused by things outside our control, including a lost phone or lost recovery words. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Our names and software
The app, its code and design, and the name Nirbhedya are ours. You may use the app, but you may not copy it or use our names in a way that suggests you are us. Premium uses the Shatachandra Shield service. The name Shatachandra Shield and the service belong to Vivekanshu Shekhar Mishra and are used here with permission.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything. We will not publish your personal details.

11. Changes and ending
We may update the app or these terms, and we will update the date above. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop offering the app or Premium, and will give reasonable notice where we can.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana decide disputes, unless the law says otherwise.
